We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, dates change, weather surprises us and mistakes happen. However, we also believe in 2nd chances and the opportunity to make things right!
We will do our best to accommodate such situations and reschedule appointments accordingly. In the event of equipment failure or other technical issues that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon service, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Please note that refunds or credits will only be issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is nonrefundable. However, if you need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total service fee, excluding the nonrefundable deposit. The remainder of the deposit will be credited to your account for future bookings or applied towards any other services.
At The Media Guy we strive to maintain a positive and productive working relationship with all clients. However, in the event of contract violation or breach of terms, the following policies will apply:
1. Toxic Work Environment: We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any behavior or environment that is deemed toxic, negative, or disrespectful. Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere during all interactions with our team members.
2. Communication and Follow-Through: Clients are required to demonstrate effective communication and follow-through on agreed-upon meetings, ideas, and project management tasks. Failure to do so may result in delays or complications in project delivery.
3. Respect and Appreciation: We value mutual respect and appreciation for each other's contributions and expertise. Clients are expected to treat our team members with dignity and respect at all times.
4. Productivity and Efficiency: Clients must prioritize effective time management and productivity in order to ensure the timely completion of projects. Our team relies on clients to provide necessary information and feedback promptly to avoid delays.
5. Dispute Resolution: In the event of disagreements or disputes, both parties agree to engage in open and constructive dialogue to resolve issues amicably. Mediation and arbitration may be pursued if necessary to reach a satisfactory resolution.
6. Termination of Services: In cases where contract violations persist despite attempts to address them, The Media Guy reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect. Any outstanding payments, uncompleted projects & deposits will be forfeited in such instances.
